• Field IT Service Technician

    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Field IT Service Technician to join our team in Cape Cod, MA for a 5+ month contract role. This role is field work (traveling from store to store; mileage reimbursement approved; using personal vehicle)

     

    Estimated start date 8/18/2025

     

    Pay rate $24.96 per hour

     

    Work approximately 40 hours per week in Cape Cod, MA area. In this role you will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in stores. A permanent full time employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several locations on a daily basis. Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on your own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, and have excellent customer service skills.

    Position Summary:

    Assist local Technicians in completing projects, installing computer equipment, and running service calls. Work alone, under guidance, and drive between several locations on a daily basis, performing these duties.

    Duties:

    Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction

     

    Drive to locations (must have own transportation)

     

    Complete assigned projects and tasks

     

    Install computer equipment

     

    Run service tickets

    Required experience

    + 1+ year previous Field work

    + 1+ years prevoius Hardware repair experience

    + 1+ years customer service experience

     

    Preferred skills

     

    -Have ability to work on their own

     

    -Lift 75lbs

     

    -Work flexible hours

     

    Education: Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
