Our client, an agency supporting State of Florida is seeking an administrative assistant/customer service representative to join their Tallahassee team.
Job Title: Temporary Administrative Support Specialist
Pay Range: $15.00 hourly, weekly pay on Friday’s.
Job Description:
Serve as a liaison to ensure delivery and reporting on applicant registration.
Process statutory funds used to pay for children and adults born with certain neurological injuries.
Provide administrative support functions in accounting, data entry, handling and sorting checks for payment.
Analyze data from various sources, schedule inspections, summarize Applicant damages, and coordinate requests for information and questions to reduce financial burdens on families and providers.
Work with Applicants providing excellent customer service to resolve program related issues.
Track and communicate the progress of the caseloads you are working with.
Collect targeted information of applicants through Assessments to support leadership and operational decision making.
