Our client is seeking a Certified Project Manager to join their team. As a Certified Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Certified Project Manager

**Location:** Madison, WI

Candidate Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at candidates' expense. Remote with the potential requirement to come onsite when needed (once every couple of months).

What's the Job?

+ Utilize Agile/Scrum Development Methodology to manage project timelines and deliverables.

+ Implement PMI-Project Management Methodology to define project scope and conduct stakeholder analysis.

+ Prepare comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications for project initiatives.

+ Refine and maintain a product backlog to ensure project alignment with business goals.

+ Conduct risk assessments and budget tracking to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 2-5 years' experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology.

+ Minimum 2-5 years' experience in PMI-Project Management Methodology.

+ Minimum 2-5 years' experience in preparing business requirements and functional specifications.

+ Minimum 2-5 years' experience in maintaining a product backlog.

+ Valid PMP Certification or equivalent at the time of submission.
