    **Shift:** 1st shift only

    **Schedule:** 5am-3:30pm M-TH plus OT on Fridays as needed

    Cycle Counter Job Summary:

    The Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory through routine cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform regular audits, work closely with warehouse staff, and ensure that inventory counts are up to date. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is required to maintain and update inventory records. The Cycle Counter plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of inventory systems and supports the warehouse’s overall efficiency and productivity.

    Cycle Counter Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform daily cycle counts on a scheduled basis to verify product inventory levels.

    + Compare physical counts to inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and report findings.

    + Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to record and reconcile inventory counts, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.

    + Adjust inventory records as necessary to reflect accurate inventory levels in the system.

    + Identify and report damaged, outdated, or missing inventory to management.

    + Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items during counts (if required).

    + Work closely with warehouse staff to reconcile variances between inventory records and physical counts.

    + Assist in periodic full physical inventory counts.

    + Maintain accurate and detailed records of counts and discrepancies for reporting purposes.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures while conducting counts in the warehouse.

    + Support other warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, picking, and shipping activities.

    Cycle Counter Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Previous experience in a warehouse environment in inventory control or as a cycle counter.

    + Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems is required.

    + Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS) and basic data entry.

    + Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

    + Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).

    + Good communication skills and the ability to work well with warehouse staff and management.

    + Basic math and counting skills.

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

    Cycle Counter Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with RF scanners or handheld inventory devices.

    + Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse operations.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Cycle Counter Physical Demands:

    + Ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds.

    + Frequent walking, standing, and bending while conducting inventory counts.

    Electrical Assembler Job Summary:

    Our client in Allen, TX is seeking an Electrical Assembler. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting production. The ideal candidate will have previous Electrical Assembly experience, a solid work history, team player skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

    Electrical Assembler Key Responsibilities:

    + Pick and issue material for production by following the production order.

    + Collect the material needed as stated in the production order.

    + Produce the components according to the production drawings.

    + Assemble/wire panels, electrical components, and other pieces as instructed.

    + Confirm the work done using SAP or other specific tools.

    + Execute rework when necessary, according to instructions.

    Electrical Assembler Qualifications:

    + Ability to regularly lift heavy products

    + Experience assembling boxes and securing them to wooden pallets

    + Flexibility to support both assembly and packing operations as needed

    + Ability to perform electrical assembler positions within the department (electrical assembly experience in assembly line REQUIRED).

    + Must exhibit excellent attention to detail; quality assurance experience is a PLUS.

    + Must have basic familiarity with computers and computer use.

    + Must have SAP experience.

    + Ability to exert up to 35 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

    + Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, impact wrenches, wire cutters, tape measure, and other job-related tools.

    Electrical Assembler Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with RF scanners or handheld inventory devices.

    + Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse operations.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Electrical Assembler Physical Demands:

    + Ability to lift and carry items up to 35 pounds.

    + Frequent walking, standing, and bending while conducting inventory counts.

    Material Management Operator Job Summary:

    Our client in Allen, TX is seeking a Material Management Operator to join their team. As a Material Management Operator, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting production. The ideal candidate will have previous Material Handling experience, a solid work history, team player skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

    Material Management Operator Key Responsibilities:

    + Manually move freight, stock, or other materials

    + Receive the material delivered by the suppliers from the trucks and stock it in a dedicated area; load and ship the delivery to a specified distribution center

    + Deliver material to production

    + Issue, pick, and pack materials to be delivered and repack them if needed

    + In charge of running a specific transaction into SAP in order to receive the material into the system

    Material Management Operator Qualifications:

    + Warehouse experience – including order picking, order packing, and material handling experience

    + SAP experience

    + Stand-up reach forklift experience preferred, or willingness and ability to be trained on one

    + Ability to walk at least 13,000 steps / 5 miles a day

    + Solid work history AND work ethic

    + Team player skills and attention-to-detail
