Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Validation Engineer

**Location:** Austin, TX

**Pay Range:** 25-40 W2 pay rate

What's the Job?

+ Configure and maintain test hardware and infrastructure across multiple desktop systems and programs.

+ Ensure systems are running, up to date, and ready for testing in support of client roadmap schedules.

+ Assist in the coordination and resolution of technical issues while maintaining a sense of urgency.

+ Execute test cases to validate systems including ASIC hardware, peripheral hardware, and software tools.

+ Interpret and report test data in meaningful formats, including tables and graphs.

What's Needed?

+ 2 or more years of PC Validation experience.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Linux OS, including command line proficiency.

+ Hands-on skills in complex system design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends.

+ Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
