    **Location: Pleasanton, CA** (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 12 Months

    **Pay Range :** $55/hr to $59/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a “ **Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer** “ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We're hiring a **Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer** to lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional Value Stream teams to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are strong problem solvers, communicators, and change leaders with a background in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Drive Lean tools (5S, value stream mapping, time studies, etc.)

    + Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects

    + Support facility layout optimization and flow cell design

    + Collaborate across teams to enhance productivity and reduce waste

    + Ensure compliance with FDA, QMS, and company standards

    Experience & Skills:

    + 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering (medical device preferred)

    + Proven background in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies

    + Strong project management and communication skills

    + Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

    Education:

    + Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
