    Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Weekend Production Associate

    **Location:** Sparta, TN

    **Pay Range:** $14-16.10

    **Shift:** 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday) OR 6:00 am- 6:30 PM (Friday-Sunday)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.

    + Manufacture products to specifications for each custom order and work in multiple areas depending on production needs.

    + Maintain equipment and make adjustments as required.

    + Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.

    + Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

    + Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.

    + Adaptability to a quickly changing environment.

    + Ability to learn new tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
