Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Service Associate to join their team. As a Service Associate, you will be part of the Mission Readiness department supporting the BaseOps and Alpha Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Associate

Pay Range: $25/hr

What’s the Job?

• Support daily fleet operations, including vehicle cleaning, fueling, and readiness.

• Ensure vehicles and workspaces are organized, compliant, and operational.

• Assist in launching software and verifying configurations for mission prep.

• Provide logistical and inventory support for spare parts and equipment.

• Collaborate with operations teams to execute testing and vehicle movements.

What’s Needed?

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shifts.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
