    We are seeking a **Contract Manager (CM Program Manager 1)** to join our Los Angeles, CA team! Come join us!

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Supervising, reviewing, monitoring, training, and directing the team, to include sub-consultant personnel.

    + Ensuring deliverables are clearly defined, that criteria are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely.

    + Having a clear understanding of Caltrans manuals as they pertain to analytical results, plans, designs, specifications, estimates, notes, calculations, analysis, reports, graphics, drawings, visual simulations, studies, product, data, manuals, details, deliverables, backup documents, other documents.

    + Preparing and updating comprehensive Critical Path Method (CPM) network diagrams, Bar Chart Schedules, Logic Network Schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Ability to show deliverables schedule and monitor project progress.

    + Provide monthly workplans that list activities with budgeted costs, milestones, and target dates for completion of each activity.

    Minimum requirements:

    + Level of degree required with field of study: BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

    + Minimum years of professional experience: 25 years or more.

    + Will accept experience working on Caltrans infrastructure projects over college degree, in some instances.

    + Must possess a minimum of 10 years serving on a Caltrans project. Must possess 20 years of experience managing large infrastructure projects, to include highways and bridges.

    + Other: California PE, preferred.

    Technical requirements:

    + Technical staff will have a working knowledge of Caltrans’ manuals, plans, specifications, and special provisions, i.e., Construction Manual, Bridge Construction Records and Procedures Manual, Standard Test Methods, Manual of Traffic Controls for Construction and Maintenance Work Zones, Standard Specifications, Standard Plans, project plans, and special provisions.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Adobe Acrobat.

    + Must possess a CA driver's license.

    Other miscellaneous qualities:

    + Ability to travel: 25%

    Compensation:

    $150,000 - $220,000 annually

     

    The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
