    Job Overview:

    Experienced Shipping associates are responsible for storing, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment including but not limited to selecting packaging, staging, moving product via U-boat, and labelling.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring accuracy of contents

    + Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes

    + Use RF Scanner and Warehouse Management System to complete shipment process

    + Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer’s orders

    + Pack and seal boxes following standard procedures

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + As assigned by the manager

    Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    + Must be able to Lift 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistance

    + Extended periods of standing/walking (10+ hours/day)

    + Attention to detail and ability to count

    + Must be able to locate and identify specific items

    + Must be able to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures

    Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

    + Minimum 1 year experience in a Warehouse

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and up to 80lbs with assistance.

    + Extended periods of standing/walking

    Required Schedule:

    1st shift - Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM, Friday 9AM-2:30PM

     

    2nd shift - Sunday 9AM – 6PM, Monday - Thursday 3:45PM – 11:45PM
