    This essential role offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000 and up (depending on experience), accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future. You'll work in our vibrant North Salt Lake City office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enjoying an in-office collaborative environment.

    Qualifications

    + 3–5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or marketing coordination-preferably in construction, engineering, or a related industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

    + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

    + Strong understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and print design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, text-heavy materials such as proposals, brochures, magazines, and reports.

    + Ability to read, interpret, and respond to complex RFPs and technical content with clarity and precision.

    + Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
