Responsibilities:

+ Analyze both historical and forecasted financial data to support strategic decision-making.

+ Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

+ Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

+ Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to provide insights and solutions for financial planning and performance.

+ Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting to ensure operational alignment.

+ Streamline reporting processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

+ 2+ years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.

+ Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools. Familiarity with tools like SAP, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
