    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties for a local organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing properties efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate property operations, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and financial performance.

    + Develop and implement budgets to ensure the financial goals of the properties are met.

    + Oversee property inspections and ensure compliance with local laws, ordinances, and property standards.

    + Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

    + Market properties to prospective tenants and ensure maximum occupancy rates.

    + Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, insurance, and financial reports.

    + Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure property maintenance meets high standards.

    + Review and manage rent collection, payment processing, and preparing financial statements.

    + Respond to emergencies at properties and handle related issues effectively.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.

    + Strong knowledge of property management practices, local laws, and regulations.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with tenants, owners, and vendors.

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar) are preferred but not required.

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
