Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will support the sales team by ensuring efficient and accurate execution of the sales process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate furniture pricing and maintain related documentation to ensure seamless sales operations.

• Develop and submit detailed quotes utilizing the company’s business operating system.

• Verify product specifications and pricing to ensure error-free execution and compliance.

• Manage purchase orders with vendors, including follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

• Adjust workload priorities to meet shifting deadlines and respond to urgent demands effectively.

• Participate actively in weekly staff meetings to align on workload and communicate key priorities.

• Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

• Learn and utilize the company’s business operating system, Team Design, to facilitate accurate and efficient workflows. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills to perform precise calculations.

• Ability to learn and work within the business operating system, Team Design.

• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while staying focused and productive.
