Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to guide strategic decision-making and support organizational goals. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.

• Conduct detailed variance analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions and provide timely insights.

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret financial data for informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for enhancing performance.

• Evaluate market conditions and their impact on organizational financial outcomes.

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes to support overall business goals. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.

• Strong skills in variance analysis and the ability to interpret financial trends.

• Experience in conducting ad hoc financial analyses to solve complex problems.

• Knowledge of data mining techniques and tools for extracting actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills to present financial findings effectively.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
