    Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.

    • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

    • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.

    • Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to benefits and payroll.

    • Utilize HRIS systems effectively to maintain employee data and generate reports as needed.

    • Process payroll using ADP systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

    • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

    • Provide training and support to staff regarding HR tools and resources.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar position.

    • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes.

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using them to manage employee data.

    • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

    • In-depth understanding of benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
