    + Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field with 4+ years of experience in

    + Advanced knowledge and ability to apply concepts of engineering to the oversight of support staff and their routine activities

    + Possesses understanding of project management skills and begins to apply them to daily tasks

    + Ability to support the development of strategic plans in coordination with Manager I’s and Manager II’s to manage and mitigate future challenges for the team and/or plant

    + Effective in ensuring support team achieves consistent execution of manufacturing processes while maintaining compliant with safety guidelines

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze process flows for enhancements to quality, cost reduction, and throughput

    + Effective in coordinating the execution of new product development through partnership with product development, supply chain, and operations

    + Ability to determine engineering schedules and track completion against target dates

    + Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and execute a desired vision to other employees

    + Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Prioritization skills

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

    + Experience working in motion and control technologies preferred
