    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet service customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

    + Communicate clearly about vehicle needs, repairs, and timelines

    + Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow

    + Provide accurate cost estimates and keep customers updated throughout the process

    + Promote additional services when appropriate, always focusing on customer satisfaction

    + Handle administrative tasks including repair orders, warranty claims, and service records

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role preferred

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person

    + Positive attitude and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service

    + Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
