    Technician Assistant Supervisor – 24-Hour Animal Hospital

    We are a high-volume, 24-hour veterinary hospital providing emergency, specialty, and critical care services. Our technician assistants play a crucial role in supporting patient care, and we are looking for a strong, compassionate leader to help guide and grow this essential team.

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Technician Assistant Supervisor, you will:

    + Provide daily support, oversight, and mentorship to our technician assistant team

    + Lead by example in patient handling, hospital cleanliness, and safety protocols

    + Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members

    + Serve as a liaison between leadership, technicians, and assistants

    + Help ensure hospital flow, patient comfort, and team efficiency

    + Participate in hospital rounds and contribute to a positive team culture

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience as a veterinary technician, technician assistant or in a similar animal care role

    + Leadership or training experience preferred

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Comfort working in a fast-paced, emergency environment

    + Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on related education and experience
