Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to support and lead a variety of technology and automation initiatives within a regulated environment. This role will focus on implementing and upgrading key systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of IT and facilities-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and coordinate IT projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
+ Lead the Blue Mountain installation and support Vaisala system upgrades.
+ Oversee security system upgrades and ensure alignment with internal safety and compliance protocols.
+ Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and support Optel systems and assist with minor automation tasks.
+ Support HMI and PLC upgrades in coordination with engineering and automation teams.
+ Maintain documentation, track project milestones, and report progress to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Familiarity with Blue Mountain, work order systems, and database management.
+ Understanding of IT systems, automation, coding, and facilities technology.
+ Experience or knowledge of Calman, MP2, or similar systems is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Blue Mountain installation is highly preferred.
+ Experience with a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
+ Knowledge of database systems and implementation best practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
