Key Responsibilities ⚙️ Day 1 Support • Assist in deploying and validating CNFs (e.g., AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, IMS) onto Red Hat OpenShift and/or OpenStack platforms • Support configuration of deployment artefacts such as Helm charts, YAML manifests, and CNF-specific parameters • Perform basic checks on CPU/memory requests, storage, networking (SR-IOV, Multus), and probes • Participate in pre-production validation activities including functional testing and deployment verification Day 2 Operations • Assist in defining and configuring monitoring metrics and dashboards for CNFs using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana • Monitor application health and assist in troubleshooting CNF issues under guidance from senior team members • Help document common fault patterns, error messages, and basic remediation steps • Participate in regular incident reviews and contribute to the development of runbooks and support documentation Collaboration • Work closely with CNF vendors, platform engineers, and operations teams to understand application requirements and deployment nuances • Attend knowledge transfer sessions and team meetings to stay current on platform updates and CNF changes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $67.00/hr.
