    GENERAL FUNCTION: The Imaging Prep Specialist I will be responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow, meet productivity and quality requirements and comply with Bancorp policies and procedures. Communicates to internal customer issues regarding imaged documents and clarifies questions on prep for imaging functions if called upon. Works under close supervision of Commercial Loan Ops Management.

     

    Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform accurate determination of document type and category.

    + Accurately process Kofax batches to meet department's goals for quality when released in Filenet.

    + Identify any discrepancies and issues with the files and communicate these to the manager.

    + Comparison of file documentation to AFS to determine appropriate tie of documents to specific obligation (if necessary).

    + Assist the management in resolving escalated operational and customer service issues.

    + Obtain a solid foundation in the storage and retrieval of documents with the Commercial Imaging system and appropriately apply a working knowledge of diverse commercial loan documentation, policies and procedures for imaging quality.

    + Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    None.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.

    + One year experience with legal documentation preferred.

    + Basic knowledge of all Microsoft desktop applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Knowledge of PC based loan documentation systems and Bank mainframe systems (AFS, CCAS , Outlook, etc.).

    + Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented with strong time management abilities and organizational skills.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Problem solving skills.
