Job Overview

**The Sycamore of River Falls** is looking for a **Receptionist** to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility and act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors and staff at our site located in River Falls, WI. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.

This receptionist job schedule includes:

+ 32 hours per two week pay period

+ Evening shift

+ Every other weekend

The **Sycamore of River Falls** is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area.

Responsibilities:

+ Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community

+ Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting

+ Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds

+ Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

+ Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency

+ Strong customer service proficiency

+ High level verbal and written communication skills

+ Basic math skills
