The Analyst III investigates complex HRIS issues and provides long-term solutions, works with HRIT on projects requiring technical support and serves as the liaison between HR, HRIT and 3rd party vendors. Experience working in all HRIS modules and working on front-end and back-end processes is required. The ability to work independently, address demanding business requirement requests and achieve results efficiently and effectively is needed.
JOB** **RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Performs application audits to ensure intended functionality, operation, and performance requirements are achieved
+ Stays up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively provides ideas and information regarding best practices and trends
+ Reviews existing business processes, policies, and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
+ Conducts special assignments and projects
+ Investigates complex issues as they arise, finding proper long-term solutions
+ Works with HRIT on projects needing technical support
+ Leads research, implementation, testing, and solutioning of any issues related to bi-annual Workday Releases
+ Assists with training and development of less experience team members
+ Serves as Liaison between HR and HRIT as well as 3rd party vendors to understand business processes and translate them into system functional requirements, conferring with HRIT Team
+ Monitors Workday System Integrations including troubleshooting of integration issues as well as reviewing integration specifications and changes/updates needed per customer or vendor requests

MINIMUM** **Requirements
Education
+ Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
Certification/License
+ Workday certification a plus
Experience
+ 3+ Years of Workday Configuration Experience
+ Experience with Core HR/Compensation/Benefits/Absence/Recruiting/Onboarding/Talent/Learning system configuration and maintenance in Workday
+ Experience working on front and backend business
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Demonstrated knowledge of HR business practices
+ Experience with handling highly demanding business requirements
+ Demonstrated accuracy with reports and projects, analytical aptitude, and strong attention to detail
+ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to build productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction
+ Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project lifecycle including Software Documentation/Testing/Maintenance/DevelopmentProcess/Execution/Requirements, Business Process Flows, Teamwork, and General Consulting Skills
+ Process and continual improvement driven
+ Proficient MS Office Skills
+ Demonstrated organization, time management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Demonstrated commitment to exceptional professionalism, confidentiality and service to our associates working collaboratively to build positive/effective business partnerships

+ Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions
+ Comply with Corporate dress code policy

+ Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day
+ Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently
Physical Demands
+ Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage
