Description
Position Summary:
The Lock Desk Analyst assists with daily Secondary functions which include daily pipeline hedging to ensure our company remains in an interest rate neutral position, Rate Sheet Distribution, Secondary System Audits, handling lock requests, extensions, loan parameter change requests, re-locks and other secondary functions.
Essential Job Functions:
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Audit pricing system daily to ensure accuracy of published rates.
+ Ensure all pricing related data is accurately entered and maintained within Encompass,
+ Review and verify lock requests as they are received by the lock desk.
+ Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.
+ Create daily rate sheets for various products as needed.
+ Assist with pricing related questions regarding policies, procedures and investor guidelines.
+ Assist with training of new branch managers and employees.
+ Manage and maintain Optimal Blue (automated pricing engine.)
+ Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input.
+ Gather daily market commentary to share with Sales force daily.
+ Oversee the organization and completion of projects.
+ This position may require occasional overtime and travel.
+ The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
+ Additional tasks as assigned.
Required Job Functions:Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Advanced Excel knowledge.
+ Experience using Encompass and Optimal Blue.
+ State Bond experience.
+ Agency (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA) delivery experience.
+ Renovation loan draw experience.

Actual compensation will be decided based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience assessed during the interview process, and internal pay equity. Compensation may also include incentives such as per-file bonuses and discretionary bonuses as applicable to the role.
