Job Description:
Join Shell Trading & Supply’s global team to drive digital transformation in the WONA (World Outside North America) crude trading business. As a Crude Data Digitalization Specialist, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to optimize processes, enhance reporting, and develop innovative solutions that improve trading operations.

This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and implementing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. This role will be responsible for developing a fit for purpose innovative digital solutions to drive maximum business value in Automation including:
Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
+ Lead data collection, analysis, and digitalization efforts to enhance efficiency.
+ Develop, test, and deploy technical solutions, including automated reporting, scripting, system interfaces, BI platforms, and custom applications.
+ Ensure code readability, standardization, and security while delivering effective solutions.
+ Collaborate with governance teams to align digital transformation strategies with business objectives.
+ Design business architecture for crude trading teams, identifying synergies and dependencies.
+ Support continuous improvement efforts in T&S Operations, MI capabilities, and analytics.
+ Generate ad hoc reports and presentations as needed.
+ Assist peers with technical challenges and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
+ Proven ability to suggest and implement process improvements aligned with business goals.
+ Strong credibility and existing working relationships with stakeholders.
+ Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
+ Expertise in QlikSense, PowerBI, Excel, BI platforms, and/or SQL.
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Commitment to incorporating best practices in digitalization.
+ Hybrid work model – 3 days work from the office per week.
+ Excellent English communication skills and willingness to receive coaching.
