Take Ownership of Critical Engineering Solutions in Aerospace

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Product Review Engineer** to support high-level design assessments and lead problem resolution in the aerospace industry. This is a pivotal role where you will apply your deep engineering knowledge to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve non-conformances across the product lifecycle—directly influencing safety, quality, and performance in real time.

You’ll serve as the go-to authority for root cause analysis, interim repair design, and final engineering solutions—working hands-on with technical teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Lead the resolution of complex product and process issues throughout the lifecycle.

+ Conduct root cause analyses and develop repair dispositions for structural and design non-conformances.

+ Design and analyze interim and permanent repairs, including static strength analysis and jacking/shoring schemes.

+ Drive implementation of product and process improvements and develop NDT procedures/tools.

+ Serve as subject matter expert during design reviews and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.

+ Ensure compliance with standards for suppliers and build partners.

+ Respond to customer reports, generate technical documentation, and support accident investigations as needed.

+ Represent engineering in manufacturing and post-production environments.

+ Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

+ MRB (Material Review Board) Certification

+ Prior aerospace company experience

+ **Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.**

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry

+ Typically 9+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications

+ ABET-accredited degree

+ Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) in a relevant technical field

+ Experience with structural repair design and non-destructive testing development

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

**Pay Details:** $65.99 per hour
