Job Title: Sr. Manager, Information Security

Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Information Security leads a team of cybersecurity professionals to protect the organization’s systems and data. This role is responsible for building security strategy, overseeing risk management, managing security operations, and ensuring compliance. It involves leading incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability assessments, and promoting a culture of security awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and KPIs.

+ Lead and mentor a high-performing security team.

+ Design and maintain security architecture and controls across networks, applications, and infrastructure.

+ Oversee incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and forensic investigations.

+ Manage disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.

+ Conduct risk assessments, penetration tests, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Manage vendor relationships and cybersecurity training programs.

Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of experience in information security leadership.

+ Proven ability to build security capabilities and lead cross-functional teams.

+ Experience in vendor management and security reporting to executive leadership.

+ CISSP or CISM certification preferred.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation: $160k-$235k
