    We are seeking an Inside Crane Operator to work in our Monroe, NC facility. In this position you are responsible for keeping all areas stocked with metal materials. A successful candidate will demonstrate an attention to detail and must be self-motivated.

     

    This is a night shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, working on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days; then 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. Training will be on the same shift.

    Additional Responsibilities

    + Check crane and scale daily to ensure they are safe to operate

    + Take work orders from the lead operator

    + Move staged orders and deliver them to designated areas

    + Move scrap metal from saws and grinders and discard of it

    + Follow and implement all prescribed safety rules and regulations

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    + High School Diploma / GED

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Crane or lift experience

     

    Skills

     

    + Time management skills

    + Ability to prioritize

     

    Must be able to maintain IME certification by fulfilling all requirements
