    The responsibilities of the **Accounts Receivable Specialist** include generating invoices to our resorts and affiliate partners and distributing to related parties along with processing credit card charges, as needed. This role also assists with the preparation and distribution of various accounts receivable reports, provides support and communication for maintenance of RCI North America’s Accounts Receivable sub-ledger, and ensures transactions and documentation complies with our Internal Control requirements.

    How You'll Shine:

    + Generate invoices in Oracle and distribute to related parties

    + Process credit card charges for our customers and appropriately record payments

    + Redistribute delinquent invoices

    + Maintain all invoice support in an organized, electronic manner

    + Research and provide timely and accurate resolution to AR questions to both internal and external customers

    + Assist with internal and external audits

    + Implement process improvements for invoice processing and related communications

    + Other duties and projects, as assigned

    What You'll Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience

    + RCI product & system knowledge desired

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + High degree of organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail required

    + Maintains high degree of professional ethics

    + Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meet deadlines for assigned tasks

    + Displays initiative and a positive attitude that would contribute to a harmonious team working environment

    + Able to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    + Experience working with enterprise financial systems (Oracle experience preferred)

    + EVS1/DBL knowledge preferred

    + Familiarity with running Snowflake queries helpful

    + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

     

    _Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted instead of the education requirement._
