This is an onsite role based at the Collins Aerospace facility in Colorado Springs, CO.

This role is eligible for relocation support.

**What You Will Do** :

+ Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects

+ Establish baseline spend plans and adhere to change approval requirements

+ Develop and maintain project metrics

+ Manage project resource requirements using the Resource Planning tool

+ Comply with RLPM processes

+ Represent the engineering team up, down, and across the organization for their projects

+ Actively engage in personal development activities to support furtherance of project management knowledge

+ Participate in continuous improvement activities and seek opportunities for efficiency gains with engineering processes and tools

+ Support business travel up to 10% of the time

**Qualifications You Must Have** :

+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

+ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or System Engineering or related

**Qualifications We Prefer** :

+ Familiarity with aviation seating products

+ Direct experience with Earned Value Management

+ Understands principle of bottom-up estimating for Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) estimates

+ Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project, OneNote / Teams / Zoom

+ Experienced with using Teamcenter processes and tools

+ Familiarity with SAP

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
