    About the role

     

    Our Personal Trainers are true professionals. Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. This position is located at a corporate client site in McClean, VA. No weekends or holidays.

     

    Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.

    + Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.

    + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

    + Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. (remove if drug screen is not required at client site)

     

    Compensation: Commission based position.
