Are you passionate about shaping the future of insurance products? We are looking for a **Associate Product Manager \- Medicare** to join our dynamic **SeniorCare** team\. In this role you'll play a key role in developing, enhancing, and managing innovative insurance solutions that align with our strategic goals\. As a vital contributor, you’ll help build business cases, define product specifications, and support implementation and lifecycle management\. You'll stay ahead of market and regulatory trends, identifying opportunities that drive value for both the organization and our customers\. Collaborate across departments to bring fresh ideas to life and make a meaningful impact in a fast\-evolving industry\. Preferred candidates will have a strong background in Medicare/Medicare Advantage products, Excel, CMS guidelines & market analysis\.
Although this position is fully remote, this role may require occasional travel to Chattanooga\. Preferred candidates will reside within a 100\-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN\.
Job Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development of the business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, implementation and life cycle management activities for new or enhanced products\.
+ Access and analyze the marketplace and regulatory environment to stay fully informed about product trends and results in order to continually assess needs and opportunities for the organization\.
+ Assist in developing ideas for new and enhanced products to support and conform to the organization's overall business strategy and financial goals; coordinating with other partners of the organization to select the best ideas for product/services development\.
Job Qualifications
_Education_
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
_Experience_
+ 3 years \- Experience in the health care industry
_Skills\\Certifications_
+ Analytical and decision making abilities\.
+ Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Excellent time and project management skills
+ Knowledge of medical and pharmacy products
+ Demonstrated consumer healthcare market understanding/knowledge required
