• Join Our Team as a Patient Registration Specialist – Breast Evaluation Center** **🌟
**Status:** 24 hours per pay period
**Schedule:** 8-hour shifts
**Week 1:** F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
**Week 2:** Th 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM , F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented **Patient Registration Specialist** to join our **Medical Imaging – Breast Evaluation Center** team at **Grand Haven Hospital** , part of **Trinity Health** , one of the nation’s largest Catholic healthcare systems.

• What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Welcoming and registering patients with warmth and professionalism
+ Maintaining and updating electronic health records in **Meditech**
+ Retrieving PACs images, reports, and documents
+ Producing and releasing CDs, file copies, and reports
+ Collaborating with patients, coworkers, and the public to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
• What You’ll Need:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year of medical office experience preferred
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Typing speed of **50 wpm** , error-free
+ Comfortable using computers and office equipment
+ Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology is a plus!
