Air Product Integration Manager at Delta Vacations (DLV) will hold a critical role in supporting a portfolio of several high impact air technology and RM support initiatives with coordination across the Delta enterprise.
A key focus of this role is leading DLV’s transition to a modern distribution system, Delta’s New Distribution Capability (NDC), ensuring alignment with revenue and commercial objectives, and fostering partnerships across multiple distribution channels.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies, ensuring consistency in product ownership practices across teams, facilitating collaboration, and aligning efforts for complex projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Oversee the innovation and execution of Air Distribution Technology & RMS product/technical roadmap, including end-to-end launch of products ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Manage both division specific initiatives as well as cross-divisional needs for appropriate engagement for prioritization and corporate IT technical roadmap alignment from ideation to production, including defining, prioritizing, socializing, iterating, and testing deliverables following IT Agile life cycle.
+ Responsible for driving DLV’s transition to a modern distribution system (NDC), ensuring alignment with revenue and commercial objectives, and fostering cross-functional alignment across multiple distribution channels and departments.
+ Possess deep knowledge of airline distribution dynamics and a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to navigate and advise on industry developments.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer booking experience through third party channels and drive commercial benefits through improved distribution efficiency.
+ Provide coaching and mentoring product owners, while also collaborating with various stakeholders, including business leaders, development teams and customers.
+ Lead the product functional design process based on profound knowledge of the user experience and technology. Serve as key contributor and liaison to Delta Vacations IT to communicate project
+ interdependence and overall air technology strategy.
OTHER DUTIES
+ Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
+ Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
+ Participate in meetings pertaining to assigned responsibilities; organize and lead as required.
+ Other duties and responsibilities assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

SALARY
$64,178 – $110,562 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL
Domestic and international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Three years of management/supervisor role experience required.
+ Three years of Agile experience required.
+ Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Experience working in air pricing & distribution, sourcing or related fields.
+ PMP certification.
