Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for;• Respond to inquiries and conduct/arrange facility tours in a timely manner.• Generate accurate daily census report, biweekly reports while maintaining and enhancingoccupancy percentage at or above budget with a payer mix that meets or exceeds the budgetexpectations.• Assure community is in Federal/State compliance with all required documentation includingcontract and appropriate timeframes, verified and signed.• Complete resident intake process.• Coordinate with Nursing Supervisor to assure appropriateness of community admission.• Maintain and communicate accurate records of apartment availability.• Plan marketing events for the outside community to promote community.• Attend senior/marketing/church events to promote community.• Complete appropriate move-in packet for each new resident.

+ Assure community is in Federal/State compliance with all required documentation including contract and appropriate timeframes, verified and signed.
+ Complete resident intake process.
+ Coordinate with Nursing Supervisor to assure appropriateness of community admission.
+ Maintain and communicate accurate records of apartment availability.
+ Plan marketing events for the outside community to promote community.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
+ High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred
+ Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
+ Minimum one-year experience in an applicable setting preferred.

Pay Transparency
Prime Healthcare Senior Living offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $15.00 to $21.72. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
