Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice processing, account reconciliation, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, and payment approval.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Perform check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Process and record invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.

• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to maintain records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audit purposes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.

• Generate reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing.

• Strong understanding of check runs and coding invoices.

• Advanced data entry skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Competency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
