Description
Are you looking to launch your IT career in a hands-on role that blends technology with manufacturing operations? We’re looking for an entry-level ERP Administrator to join our team onsite in Green Bay, WI. Whether you're fresh out of college with a passion for systems and data, or you bring some helpdesk and troubleshooting experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ As an ERP Administrator, your days will be full of variety. You’ll be a key part of the team that supports our ERP system – the backbone of our manufacturing and business operations. You’ll work closely with internal users across departments to solve issues, optimize workflows, and make sure the ERP system is working efficiently.
+ This is not a role where you’ll have all the answers on Day One – and that’s okay. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and confident making educated decisions when faced with the unknown.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
+ Responding to ERP support tickets and troubleshooting system issues
+ Assisting users with day-to-day ERP questions and problems
+ Updating user permissions, roles, and data entries
+ Learning the business process flows to understand how ERP impacts production, inventory, purchasing, and finance
+ Documenting recurring issues and assisting in root cause analysis
+ Supporting ERP upgrades, testing, and data validation
+ Communicating with cross-functional teams to improve system usage and efficiency
+ Working alongside IT and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
+ Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical role
+ Ability to problem-solve and make thoughtful decisions when information is incomplete
+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
+ Experience with helpdesk, support, or troubleshooting in any setting is helpful
+ Must be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
+ Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus, but not required – we will train you
Bonus Points For:
+ Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
+ Internship or hands-on exposure to ERP platforms
+ Basic SQL or reporting knowledge
+ This is a full-time, onsite role in Green Bay, WI – ideal for someone who wants to work closely with users, get real-time feedback, and see the impact of their work daily.
+ If you're looking for a career path in ERP or IT systems, and you're ready to learn, adapt, and grow, we’d love to talk with you!
Requirements • Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication abilities and careful attention to detail.
• Prior experience with helpdesk support, troubleshooting, or related roles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or workflows is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of database administration, Microsoft SQL, and creating workflows is a plus.
• Experience in business analysis or working in manufacturing settings is considered an asset. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
