Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Product Owner to oversee the performance, functionality, and quality of enterprise applications within the renewable energy sector. Based in Dayton, Ohio, this role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating system improvements, and ensuring compliance with digital security policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive application success and align with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between business application owners, digital stakeholders, and external support vendors to streamline communication and processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing application performance and functionality.
• Adhere to industry best practices for application management and support, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Stay informed about advancements in customer service and Meter-to-Cash technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with digital security policies by reviewing and approving application access requests.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved within scope and cost constraints.
• Manage change requests and maintain thorough documentation of system updates and modifications.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of applications, ensuring optimal stability and performance.
• Coordinate communication regarding application status with stakeholders, including business users, digital teams, and vendors.
• Lead and manage digital application product owners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP solutions, preferably within the utilities sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems using structured methodologies.
• Proven expertise in technical project management, achieving results within established timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends such as Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, and Analytics for electrical utilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Genesys technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
