**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a Product & Service Quality Manager to support the KC-46 Quality Team in Tukwila, WA!

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

+ Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

+ Acquires and manages resources for a team that leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees

+ Develop and present briefs with customers, and stakeholders

+ Must be able to work variable shifts, shift will be determined at the time of the offer

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment

+ 3+ years of experience using Systematic Problem Solving

+ Ability to work variable shifts which include working days, nights, weekends and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Engineering or STEM, preferred)

+ FAA Repair Station Experience

+ Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

+ Excellent communication and teaming skills

Additional Information:

+ This position requires travel up to 10% of the time

Shift:

Summary pay range: $115,600 – $156,400

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
