Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our technology client's dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on data, possesses strong analytical skills, and is eager to contribute to strategic business decisions. You will play a crucial role in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and providing insights that drive our company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.

+ Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking against key metrics.

+ Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

+ Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.

+ Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial support for operational initiatives.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

+ Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

+ 1-3 years of experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or similar analytical role.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).

+ Solid understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

+ Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for translating complex financial data into understandable insights.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
