Job Description
We are looking for a **Business Continuity Analyst** to conduct Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Contingency Planning. This position will be a **contract** and **onsite in Miramar, Florida.**
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
+ Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify and prioritize critical business functions
+ Perform Risk Assessments to determine potential threats and vulnerabilities
+ Develop and maintain Contingency Plans to ensure business operations can continue during disruptions
+ Create, test, and deploy Business Continuity (BC) strategies and processes
+ Collaborate with various departments to ensure BC strategies are aligned with business objectives
+ Provide training and guidance to staff on BC processes and procedures
+ Regularly review and update BC plans to reflect changes in the business environment
What You'll Need
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. IT, risk management, cybersecurity)
+ 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning in large enterprises
+ Business Continuity Management Certified Specialist (BCCS), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or similar certification
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
+ Hospitality experience (hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or restaurants)
+ Service Now BCM experience
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $40.00-$43.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
