Our cient is one of the largest independent manufacturers of corrugated products and packaging supplies in the Northeast. THe Customer Service Manager will be on the Regional Leadership team and report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

     

    This role is key to helping the company meet performance and growth goals by leading a high-performing customer service team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing customer service operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

    Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager in Rochester, NY:

    + Managing the overall performance of the regional Customer Service department

    + Leading, training, and developing the team, while holding members accountable for performance

    + Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Production, and Logistics to improve processes and service delivery

    + Responding promptly to pricing, delivery, and service inquiries, while resolving issues professionally

    + Ensuring departmental compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and standards
