    Finance Manager – (Seattle, WA | Hybrid | 6-Month Contract)

    Overview:

    Join a collaborative team managing financial operations across the Pacific Northwest for a GWS Local account. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment supporting strategic finance initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor outstanding balances, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.

    + Payment Application & Reconciliation: Validate proper allocation of funds and resolve discrepancies across client accounts.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to support financial workflows and shared business objectives.

    + Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: Assist with closing activities, prepare financial reports, and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts.

    + Executive Financial Communication: Provide updates and insights to senior leadership on financial performance and KPIs.

    + Sales Support: Act as a finance liaison to the sales team, ensuring accurate processing of revenue-related transactions.

    + Core Finance Operations: Participate in daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements.

    + Invoicing Oversight: Manage invoice generation, validation, and submission in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

    Required Skills:

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Excellent communication and presentation abilities

    Preferred Attributes:

    + Highly organized with strong task management

    + Collaborative and positively engaged team player

    + Receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement

    Technical Tools:

    + Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

    + General computer proficiency

    + Experience with PeopleSoft and Coupa is a plus (training provided)

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: Minimum 6 years in finance or related industries

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree required

    Interview Process:

    + 1 virtual interview

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
