Electro-Mechanical Assembler (3rd Shift)

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our 3rd shift team. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels and related equipment in accordance with schematics and manufacturing specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, wiring experience, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble and wire electrical components to meet manufacturing standards and schematics.

+ Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and fit components with precision.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

+ Perform quality checks on completed assemblies and rework or disassemble units when needed.

+ Clean, lubricate, and maintain parts and subassemblies.

+ Mark and label parts accurately.

+ Rotate through multiple production stations as needed.

+ Work closely with management to identify and communicate equipment defects or process improvements.

+ Ensure compliance with UL specifications and company safety policies.

+ Maintain production goals while ensuring high quality standards.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Electrical Industrial Automation preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

+ Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.

+ Strong electrical wiring and mechanical assembly skills.

+ Comfortable using measuring tools and a variety of hand/power tools.

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Self-starter with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

+ Reliable, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
