    Job description:

    Description:

    This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic decision making. This role involves designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. The specialist collaborates with cross functional teams to identify data trends, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes through data driven storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in analyzing large datasets from DOJ and external sources.

    + Support interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or JMP.

    + Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with government regulations.

    + Work with stakeholders to interpret and visualize data in an accessible manner.

    Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

    + Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel, and data modeling.

    + Familiarity with statistical analysis and data storytelling techniques.

    + Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.

    + Work with stakeholders to interpret and visualize data in an accessible manner.

    + Minimum Education Level, Bachelors Degree.
