    Perdiem Maintenance/ Housekeeper Assistant needed.

     

    Bear Mountain Healthcare Timberlyn Heights , a skilled nursing home in Great Barrington, MA, is currently accepting applications for a part time Maintenance assitant/Housekeeper.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

     

    Experience in Long Term Care Nursing Home.

     

    Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment

     

    Must have how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility

     

    Must be able to see small details, in equipment, machinery, etc.

     

    Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan, and follow policies and procedures

     

    Reports to Maintenance Director
