• Lead R&O Maintenance Technician

    Honeywell (Orange, TX)


    As a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the team to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.

     

    You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Orange, TX location on an On-site work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the overall reliability of our operations. Your leadership and technical skills will ensure that maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for repair and overhaul of equipment.

    • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various systems and machinery.

    • Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Proven experience in maintenance within an industrial environment.

    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

    • Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
