Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home consultation appointments
+ Support customers with their questions and concerns
+ Provide explanations of our product features and services to customers
+ Input customer information into the system

Requirements
+ Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative
+ Skilled in problem-solving
+ Friendly and professional attitude
+ Preferred: At least one year of sales-based call center experience
+ Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
Benefits
+ This is a performance based position. Your pay is uncapped – you receive what you earn.
+ On average, our call center agents earn $24/hour.
