    _- seeking someone with experience implementing Root Cause Analysis, Kaizens, and Total Process Improvement_

    Job Overview:

    This role will focus on driving operational excellence and efficiency through the implementation of lean and six sigma methodologies, supporting cross-functional teams, and optimizing quality assurance and operational systems.

    Key Responsibilities:** **Qualifications:

    + Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects, leveraging lean and six sigma methodologies.

    + Conduct advanced data analysis, including workflow analyses, time studies, and data collection, to identify opportunities for improvement.

    + Serve as a resource and mentor for departments implementing lean and six sigma practices, including advanced concepts like kaizen and value stream mapping.

    + Perform comprehensive reviews of departmental productivity and operational performance, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and providing actionable recommendations.

    + Support supply chain and quality improvement efforts to ensure operational excellence.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.

    + Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications are preferred.

    + Proven experience in lean methodologies, operational excellence, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and workflow evaluations.

    + Knowledge of advanced lean concepts, such as kaizen, value stream mapping, Total Process Improvements, Root Cause Analysis.
